Postpaid Service

Postpaid service means that you receive a monthly bill for which you pay for a set amount of minutes for a monthly fee. In order to set up a postpaid account you should bring the following items with you:

• Valid Driver's License or Picture ID
• Social Security Number

What is involved in purchasing a phone and setting up service?

When you visit our store, one of our sales associates will ask you a few questions in order to get an idea of what type of calling plan and phone you will need or want. Some of the questions you may be asked are:

• Do you currently have cellular service?
• Do you travel frequently?
• About how many minutes to you plan to use and when do you make most of your calls?
• Are there any particular feature(s) you would like your phone to have?

In order to better assist you in answering some questions we may ask, we have included some great links to our product line and to informational sites that explain how cellular and data works. Please be sure to take a look! Of course, we want you to ask questions too! We believe that an informed customer is a happy customer, so please don't hesitate to ask us!

When you have decided on a phone and a plan we will move on to the activation phase. In order to activate service, a credit check is required. We can then set up your new account or add a line(s) to your existing account. Once activated, we go over all paperwork with you including your contract, Go Wireless Contract Addendum, and an itemized estimate of what to expect on your next bill so there will be no surprises!

Your phone(s) will be test called and then you will be on your way!

Prepaid Accounts

Prepaid accounts are those accounts for which airtime is purchased as you go. There are no monthly bills and no credit check. The only thing you will need to bring with you is a valid Driver's License or Picture ID.

Once your service has been activated, a test call will be placed to your phone and you will be ready use your phone!
